A place that makes you want to train.

Body Rhythm Fitness Studio opened its doors in Naples, Florida, in October 2025, with an idea from its founder, Reinaldo Erazo: to create a striking, warm space full of human warmth, where people would want to train and come back.

Since our first class, on October 30, 2025, we have brought together movement, energy and closeness. We want everyone to find a community that motivates them, supports them and celebrates their effort.

That vision has driven our growth: we added spinning, expanded our group classes and brought in new ways to train. We also developed training programs for instructors, and nutrition and online training services, to support people inside and outside the studio.

We keep growing with the same purpose that made us open our doors: to make training an experience you enjoy and want to keep in your life.

In their words.

Eda Sanchez, BodyRhythm member, at the studio

I came to BodyRhythm at a time of deep discouragement, after almost three years away from the fitness world. Even though I wanted to get back to exercising, I found it very hard to find the strength and the consistency to do it.

Then I found BodyRhythm. I found much more than a workout: motivation, support, dedication and an atmosphere, together with the energy of the coaches, that made me feel part of the team.

BodyRhythm was the push I needed to take care of myself again, to move again and, above all, to feel like myself again and pick up a path I had left behind because of life’s circumstances.

That motivation is still with me today, and that is why I will always be grateful.
